EPIROS Anthotiro (soft whey cheese) has a rich aroma and a light, refined taste. It is recommended for almost all weight-loss diet and it is ideal for those on a healthy diet, since it has much less fat than other cheeses. Anthotiro has great nutritional value and has a low-salt content.

It can be served to accompany most dishes but can also be used in cooking (pies), salads or in a sandwich. It also tastes great with fresh fruits or nuts and, when served with honey, it is a delicious dessert.
