Dirollo Classic is a low-fat yellow cheese – 16% fat – with a particularly rich taste that allows you to enjoy cheese without any feeling of guilt!

Cream is skimmed from the cow’s milk in order to produce this cheese; removing the fat from the milk results in a cheese product with a high content in protein but low in fat.

This cheese is appropriate for vegetarians as it does not contain animal rennet, the ingredient that is added to milk during the cheese-making process.

It is sold at the cheese-counter as a loaf for slicing and ready-sliced in a vacuum pack and at the pre-packaged cheese coolers of all major supermarkets. Its re-sealable package can be opened and closed as many times as necessary while keeping slices fresh, preventing them from sticking together.
